Went ecp ytd with a Ben Dan hehe, finally he smile showing his teeth ah 😁 though I look like a man in this photo but nvm ah hahah
Wah the after effect is butt and thigh pain, ytd was knee cap suan Si 😌
Though I burnt much calories during cycling till almost dying but I think dinner all bu hui lai le hahahahah
And I ate oyster yay one craving down hehehe 😊 and and my sandwich is a success ✌
